BJP on Thursday hoped the Supreme Court would give its verdict on Bihar Assembly dissolution issue at the earliest but asserted that the NDA would launch its election campaign from October four without waiting for the judgement.

"We want the verdict to be declared sooner than later," party spokesman Prakash Javadekar told reporters in New Delhi.
He, however, said the BJP and JD-U would not wait for the apex court's ruling and would launch the campaign from October 4 and 5, respectively.
The campaign programme is being worked out, Javadekar said.
He said BJP and JDU will contest the elections on separate manifestos but will evolve a Common Agenda for Governance if they come to power.
