Police said the information about possibility of a bomb on board the aircraft was received from airport police control room in Delhi.

As soon as the flight landed at Bengaluru International Airport (BIA) at 12.30 pm, all passengers were evacuated and the plane was parked in an isolated place on the tarmac, where a thorough check was being conducted by the bomb disposal squad, Deputy Commissioner of Police (North-East Division) Basavaraj Malagatti told PTI.

"So far nothing has been found," he said, adding all the passengers were also being checked.
