Bride among 2 killed in mishap
Two women including a bride were killed on the spot and 17 others injured when the tractor trailer in which they were travelling collided with a truck near Shiramagondahalli about eight kms away from here today.

Two women including a bride were killed on the spot and 17 others injured when the tractor trailer in which they were travelling collided with a truck near Shiramagondahalli about eight kms away from here today.
The victims were en route to Chitradurga to participate in a mass marriage programme when the mishap occured, Additional Superintendent of Police Kumar S Karining said, "the injured have been hospitalised."
The truck driver has been arrested, police said.
