It seems that ‘Toxic’ singer Britney Spears is so fed up with hubby Kevin Federline spending all her hard earned million like water, that she has put a leash on his expenses by allotting only a certain amount of money for his personal use.

According to a source, the singer has decided that it’s time Kevin was put on a budget, and while he will get some spending money for his personal use, all major expenses – like cars or trips, will have to be approved by Spears herself.

“Each month, he will be allotted a certain amount of money for personal use - i.e., clothing, nightclubs, booze and day-to-day activities. Any big items - cars, or trips that go over allowance - need to be approved by Brit herself,” the New York Post quoted the source, as saying.

“She acknowledges she has made a great deal of money. However, she is trying to show Kevin that he needs to be responsible and curb his out-of-control spending habits,” the source added.
