BSP MLA's nephew beats guard at CMS house

Medical Superintendent's house was allegedly beaten up by the nephew of BSP Faridpur MLA Vijay Pal Singh and two others following which an FIR was registered against them.

Medical Superintendent's house was allegedly beaten up by the nephew of BSP Faridpur MLA Vijay Pal Singh and two others here following which an FIR was registered against them, police said on Monday.

According to guard Umesh Chandra Kashyap, MLA's nephew Monu and two others allegedly beat him in an inebriated state last night.

The trio wanted to meet the CMS and when denied they beat the guard, police said.

While Monu managed to flee from the scene, the two others have been detained by the police.
