BSP MLA's son accused of rape
A 17-year-old girl has accused BSP MLA Maulana Jameel Ahmad's son and nephew of raping her along with a third person, police said on Saturday.

A 17-year-old girl has accused BSP MLA Maulana Jameel Ahmad's son and nephew of raping her along with a third person, police said on Saturday.
Ahmad, the MLA from Meerapur in Muzaffarnagar district of UP, rubbished the charges, saying the girl and her mother habitually levelled such charges. He said this time they were working at the behest of his rivals to malign his image.
Muzaffarnagar (city) superintendent of police Rajkamal Yadav said, "A case has been lodged and investigation is underway."
He said the girl was sent for medical examination on Friday after she lodged a complaint, alleging that she was abducted and gangraped.
