Parents were given ample opportunity to share their views and give their suggestions on how to achieve academic excellence and human excellence. Most parents made it a point to attend the meet validating the initiative of the school.

The principal emphasised that the school management would take the suggestions of parents seriously. He also underlined the commitment of the teachers to strive for excellence. He shared his vision for achieving the goal and spelled out the objectives. He talked about the important role that needs to be played by the parents to supplement the efforts of the school.

The teachers and the parents need to present themselves as role model so that development of an ethical value system in the formative years needs continuous positive reinforcement.

This can be achieved only when parents and teachers work in tandem. H N Shukla, who is the head of the parents group, organised the parents’ school interface. The meet ended on an optimistic note.
