Cancer detection camp to be held at Budhni today

THE INDORE Cancer Foundation Charitable Trust will organise a cancer detection camp at Budhni in Sehore district with the cooperation of Sehore district administration tomorrow.

THE INDORE Cancer Foundation Charitable Trust will organise a cancer detection camp at Budhni in Sehore district with the cooperation of Sehore district administration tomorrow. The Foundation would also organise a training camp for government and non-government doctors at the Guna Collectorate on January 21 and 22.

Dr Digpal Dharkar, radiologists Dr S Shivram, surgical pathologist Dr Satish Pathak and Dr Amit Joshi would conduct the training programme. Information about the latest techniques for cancer diagnosis would be given at the programmes.

The Foundation has also conducted district-level certificate courses that provide training for early cancer detection to doctors in various districts. Guna would be the fifth district in the series. The Foundation would also organise a camp at Vidisha next month.
