Seven gunmen boarded the Danapur-Bhagalpur Intercity train between Kajra and Abhaypur stations last night and looted cash, jewellery and other valuables from the passengers, they said.

After pulling the chain, they deboarded the train as it approached Abhaypur station, near here, under Danapur division of the East Central Railway.
