Actress Caterina Murino, who has shot to fame for her performance in the new Bond movie Casino Royale, says she had a tough time climbing to the top.

According to pagesix.com, she said: "In my first movie I was completely naked, covered with blood. I found it difficult as I am religious - a devout Roman Catholic. But I just tried to concentrate on the part."

Murino is seen in a skimpy bikini in the new Bond movie but had also appeared nude in a French movie "Des Jours et des Nuits".
