A Bench comprising Justice YK Sabharwal and Justice Tarun Chatterjee allowed CBSE's plea in view of the difficulties faced by the authorities in conducting examination and checking the answer sheets.

"In the peculiar facts and circumstances, the CBSE is permitted to declare the results of 10+2 examination by June 30," it said.
