Delhi Police on Monday filed a charge sheet against two people who were arrested on conspiracy charges for the October 29 blasts in New Delhi last year.

Over 60 people died and 200 were injured in the blast.

The charge sheet was presented at a city court four months after the serial blasts rocked the Capital.

Police said that both Tariq Ahmed Dar and Rafiq, the two accused, are allegedly members of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).

The charge sheet was filed in the case of the Govindpuri blast in which the terrorists had kept a bomb in a Delhi Transport Corporation bus.

Earlier, Delhi Police had filed a charge sheet on January 21 against Tariq Ahmed Dar, Ghulam Ahmed Khan and Farooq Ahmed in connection with the Sarojini Nagar blast.

All the four were involved in the multiple explosions at the Sarojini Nagar market, Paharganj and Govindpuri on the Diwali eve.

Police said Dar was one of the key members of LeT in Jammu and Kashmir and handled the financial dealings of the militant outfit there.
