"During the searches, we have got information on dumping of documents of different companies that seem to be related to various family members," officials in the CID, which is probing financial wrong doings in Satyam, told PTI tonight.

The documents seized will be looked into, they added.
"We have identified six flats where searches began yesterday and are still continuing," they added. The searches were going on at different locations, including Somajiguda and Satyam Enclave.

They said they have found documents related to scores of companies but did not divulge further details.

The officials said Satyam founder B Ramalinga Raju's brother Suryanarayana Raju was still "unavailable". Searches were conducted yesterday at the residence and office of Suryanarayana Raju.
The officials added they can question him when necessary.

Asked whether searches were conducted at the residences of top Maytas executives last night, the officials replied in the negative.
