A Doha-based businessman, and social activist who is actively involved in the Socio Cultural/ Educational and charitable organisations in Doha and also in the home state Kerala.
In 1978 Menon arrived at Doha searching for a better future and Menon now is the CEO & Partner of Behzad Transports Company (Fuel Trading and Transport by road and Sea) and also CEO of Oriental Bakery etc.
In 1998 his business area was expanded to UAE for this operation of Fuel trading and transport by road and sea holding the position of Chairman (Behzad Diesel Trading, Sharjah, UAE and Behzad Maraine Services at Panama, Menon holds the position as President).
Further expansions were done in Kuwait in the same field in the year 2003 and in 2005 the operation was expanded to Saudi Arabia.
At the moment, Menon employs more than 500 Indians in the Middle East.
In 1996 a transport company was established in Ernakulam, Cochin in the name of Sowparnika Road Lines which is still continuing and Menon holds the position as the MD.
