Armed cadre of the CPI (Maoist) on Monday night blew up the community hall with land mines, Assistant Superintendent of Police Kranti Kumar told reporters in Bokaro on Tuesday.

The Maoists have been destroying school buildings, panchayat buildings and other government structures in the villages to prevent the security forces from using them during patrolling and anti-Maoist operations.
