Rajbahadur also claimed that the Congress would regain lost ground in UP as Rahul Gandhi had given a positive indication to take charge of the Congress in UP.

Rajbahadur condemned the state government for ignoring the Scheduled Castes and said the scholarship for SC and ST had not been distributed in various schools. He further said that the dismal power scenario had exposed the inefficiency of the state government.
