Jaju had sought anticipatory bail last week.

The judge AC Vaidya observed that prima facie it appeared that Jaju had sent threatening messages and made telephone calls to the actor and her father.

The judge agreed with prosecutor Dilip Shah that Jaju's custodial interrogation was necessary to dig out information in this regard.
