Chief Judicial Magistrate Arun Kumar Singh asked Prasad, Rabri Devi and Paswan to personally appear in the court on October 6 to facilitate framing of charges in the case.

The court passed the order in a case filed by advocate Sudhir Ojha who had charged RJD and LJP party workers with ransacking, causing damage to public properties and resorting to forcible closure of offices and shops in their bid to enforce the state-wide bandh called by the two parties against price rise on January 28.

Ojha had also alleged that RJD-LJP activists indulged in a scuffle with him on that day.
