There are very few decent travel agents in India and you would rather spend more to go with a good one than pay less and go with a dodgy oneUpdated: Jul 07, 2008 22:13 IST
"I like the kind of personal attention I get here. Lalit Sheth attends to his clients personally. It's the oldest large tour operator in India and it's well known for its family trips. You can take your parents along. It's a traditional-cum-modern company that represents Indian values: they serve Indian food and this goes down well with Indians. I would never have squeezed in so many destinations doing it on my own and you get maximum destinations in less time with them. There are very few decent travel agents in India and you would rather spend more to go with a good one than pay less and go with a dodgy one."

"We went on a European tour and really liked it, the way they fitted in all the places and the comfort level was very high, and especially we enjoyed the Indian food, otherwise you get homesick. I have been with other agents, but Raj is more professional, and I like travelling with other Gujaratis. Our stress level is lower if we know we can eat Indian food and I don't feel comfortable if non-vegetables is served."
