Dattu to be sworn-in as new Chh?garh CJ
The swearing-in of a new chief justice of Chhattisgarh High Court Justice HL Dattu would be held at Raj Bhawan on February 12.

The swearing-in of a new chief justice of Chhattisgarh High Court Justice HL Dattu would be held at Raj Bhawan on February 12.
According to the official communiqué, Justice Dattu, one of the senior-most judges of the Karnataka High Court, had been appointed as Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court and his oath taking ceremony would be held at Durbar Hall in Rajbhawan on February 12.
He will succeed Justice SR Nayak who recently retired as Chief Justice of the High Court. Justice Nayak too was earlier a judge in the Karnataka High Court before his joining of Chhattisgarh High Court.
