Indecent Proposal star Demi Moore has finally understood that age and gravity would take their toll, no matter how tough a fight she puts against them, and has, hence, given up her rigorous exercise regimes.
The 43-year-old Hollywood beauty, who has always sported a svelte and toned figure, reveals punishing fitness routines do nothing except wear her out.
"I say everything in moderation. After three kids, gravity and nature take their toll, " Contactmusic quoted the her, as saying.
"I used to love running but have replaced it with brisk walking. I also do Pilates to stretch and elongate the muscles and some light weights. I don't kill myself any more," she added.
