Don't harass her, get some class
I am not on a crusade, but lets put it this way, every time I hear about a case of sexual harassment against someone at her workplace, I feel like screaming.

Where are we going?
So this is 'Girl Talk' all right, but this week, I dedicate it to the guys.
Before I go into it any further- let me first state my mind. I think guys (no matter how important in the office hierarchy) have no business making working uncomfortable for girls. And all those who still feel a tad macho while making a girl feel cornered and helpless- let me tell you, you are just not cool.
In fact you are such turn-offs that the only reaction you inspire is pity! What is worse is most of the chaps do not even know what they are up to. Some of them appear so perplexed about the issue that they do not even know what amounts to sexual harassment!
Naivety? May be- but what surprises me is that most women too, when they are actually being harassed sexually, do not often realise what is wrong because it just begins with a feel of unease.
No, I know that when there is serious physical violations, we understand what is wrong, but when it happens on a subtle level- a guy staring at her from a corner, passing sexually coloured jokes so that she can hear it- all when it is unwelcome - that is what is difficult to pin-down and makes it disgusting. But guys- you must know that we know. Girls can just tell. She knows what is happening, she gets the vibes. You know that she knows- but cannot prove it. That is when it gets nasty.
