Cleansing scrub Mix ¼ cup multani mitti (fuller’s earth), ¼ cup dried orange peel and two tablespoon sandalwood/oatmeal powder and store it in a container. Take one teaspoon and mix it with water and apply it on the skin. Rinse with warm water. Use every alternate day.
Almond scrub Add a pinch of crushed almonds to ¼ teaspoon of your cleansing cream and massage well into the skin. Rinse off.
Scrubbing with brush While taking bath, scrub your body with a stiff bath brush (lathered with soap) vigorously over the body. This enhances blood circulation that casts off stored up fatigue and gives a glow to your body.
Sugar scrub Take a teaspoon each of sugar, glycerin, olive oil and a little essential oil. Scrub it over the body for an instant glow.
Face and full body scrub Take two tablespoon oatmeal and put in 2-3 teaspoon of honey. Mix it with yoghurt and apply it all over your body.
