The State Election department handed over the list of new legislators to Governor Buta Singh on Tuesday night.

The election, notified on October three, was held in four phases during October and November.

National Democratic Alliance leader Nitish Kumar would take oath as the new Chief Minister at the Gandhi Maidan on Thursday. He would arrive in Patna on Wednesday and was expected to call on the governor later in the day.
