Eleven IAS transferred in Bihar
Effecting a major administrative reshuffle, Bihar Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar has transferred eleven senior IAS officers, including Principal Secretary, Cabinet Coordination Department, Girish Shankar.
Effecting a major administrative reshuffle, Bihar Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar has transferred eleven senior IAS officers, including Principal Secretary, Cabinet Coordination Department, Girish Shankar.
According to a notification issued by the state personnel department late last night, Girish Shankar will exchange the post with his urban development and housing depaertment's counterpart Afzal Amanullah.
Amitabh Verma, Principal Secretary to the Animal Husbandry Department, will also hold the additional charge of cooperative department, while R K Khandelwal will be secretary to the revenue department.
N Vijaylakshmi will be the director of ICDS and Vandana Preyeshi to take additional charge of Excise. Liangkunga V will be secretary to the cooperative department.
While B Rajendra will be the secretary to the SC/ST department, Vinay Kumar Managing Director of Beltron. Uday Kumavat will be the new IG (Registration).
