A total of 375 slurry sticks, 269 detonators, six wire bundles and a small amount of ammonium nitrate, among others, were recovered yesterday, police said on Saturday.

The seizures were made during vehicle and house searches carried out on tip-offs near Huzurabad mandal and two villages, Namilikonda and Godhur, of the Naxal-hit district, they said.

Those arrested were identified as Tangella Raju (25), Alakunta Ravi (30) and R Narsimlu (34), police said.

Police declined to give further information, saying investigations were still on.
