FIR against Mulayam's brother for code violation
A FIR was registered against Samajwadi Party state president Shivpal Singh Yadav, brother of party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav, for allegedly violating the model code of conduct by landing his helicopter without permission of the district administration.

A FIR was on Monday registered against Samajwadi Party state president Shivpal Singh Yadav, brother of party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav, for allegedly violating the model code of conduct by landing his helicopter without permission of the district administration.
The FIR was lodged at Bewar police station under IPC, police said.
Yadav had landed the helicopter at Bewar to address an election rally on Monday.
