Flash flood kills 8 in Arunachal
Three days after flash flood killed eight persons in Upper Siang district, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu made an aerial survey of the affected areas on Saturday.

Three days after flash flood killed eight persons in Upper Siang district, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu made an aerial survey of the affected areas on Saturday.
The district has been cut off from the rest of the country following landslides caused by incessant rainfall. The magnitude of the disaster has been severest in and around Mosing village where several houses were swept away killing eight persons.
Khandu later released Rs 20 lakh as immediate relief for the kin of the deceased as well as some 30 persons injured.
