The court of special CBI judge set Monday as the day to pronounce the quantum of the sentence after delivering the judgement against Rana, Bhagat, officials and suppliers in the case pertaining to fraudulent withdrawal of Rs 37 lakh from Godda treasury in 1990s.

The court acquitted two other accused for lack of evidence.
