If you are a kind of person who associates good food with great presentation, then this would surely interest you. At the Taiwan Culinary Exhibition at the World Trade Centre in Taipei, this interesting three dice-shaped dishes, made of fish eggs and carrots were displayed.

More than 100 booths from 60 restaurants are taking part in the four-day exhibition to be held from August 27-30. Something of this sort, sure remains to be unknown in Delhi restaurants. We can only wish that they take a cue for this culinary skill.
