Four Pakistani intruders affiliated to Jaish-e-Mohammad outfit were killed near Line of Control on Sunday as the Army foiled a third infiltration attempt in over a week in Jammu and Kashmir.

One terrorist was killed in Pulwama while a fierce gunbattle was going on in Bandipora area of Baramulla district, while terrorists blasted a house and set another ablaze.
A gunbattle broke out between them and the security forces at village Gamru in Bandipora area of Baramulla around 3.30 pm, police said.
Deafening sounds of explosions and intense gunshots were heard as security forces tried to neutralise the attackers, police said, adding that the whole village was under tight cordon.
Troops guarding the LoC in Gulmarg sector spotted a group of terrorists trying to sneak into the Indian side at Budpathri in the wee hours and challenged them. In the ensuing gunbattle four JeM men were gunned down, a defence spokesman said.
Four AK assault rifles, 20 magazines, 300 rounds, a wireless set and 16 hand grenades were recovered from them, he added.
