Girl shot dead, sister injured in militant attack
Militants shot dead a teenaged girl and injured her sister after intruding in their house in Ganderbal district this morning, police said.

Militants shot dead a teenaged girl and injured her sister after intruding in their house in Ganderbal district this morning, police said.
Some unidentified militants barged into the house of Abdul Ahad Khan at Batpora -Akhaal, 40 kms from here, and fired upon his daughter Dilshada (16), killing her on spot, they said.
Rohee (14) was injured in the shoot out as a bullet got stuck in her right hand thumb.
She was rushed to hospital for treatment where she is stable. Police has registered a case and started investigation to know the motive behind the incident.
