Govt transactions through Allahabad Bank

A recommendation in this regard was sent by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Kanpur office, to the principal secretary (finance) Shekhar Agarwal yesterday.

The letter stated that due to SBI staff strike all transactions should be allowed through the already approved Allahabad Bank.

Taking note of the RBI recommendation, Agarwal approved the recommendation and directed all concern authorties of the district to follow the new direction according to norms.
