Addressing a public gathering here, Abdullah said government was endeavouring to carry forward its development agenda on fast track in a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere involving public at all levels.
"Even an inch of land has not changed its position by the force of gun", he said adding his government stood for addressing all issues between India and Pakistan through talks.
On development front, he said government was exploring possibilities of constructing two to three tunnels in Doda district to link it with Kashmir valley and open new vistas of economic prosperity for the people in hilly backward areas of Doda and Kishtwar.
