Haryana minister of social justice and empowerment Krishan Kumar Bedi stoked a controversy by publically abusing an official during a meeting in Yamunanagar on Monday.

His act was caught on camera.

The minister was discussing the issue of encroachment of parks during a grievance committee meeting when he asked an official about his qualification. The official answered that he is a diploma holder.

In response, the minister uttered a highly offensive abuse and then continued his tirade.

Bedi had courted controversy even earlier when he had made a derogatory remark about Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
