Have electricity-related complaints? Now, dial 1912

Central Region Power Distribution Company has launched a helpline for its consumers. Sixteen districts of MP fall in this region. Consumers residing in these districts can dial 1912 and lodge complaints.

Electricity department has started a new helpline for its consumers.

At present, there is a toll free number 18002331912, where consumers could call for any complaint regarding power cut, fault in meter or metre reading, fluctuation in voltage, sparkles in transformer or any accident related with electricity.

Now, Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company (MKVVC) has launched another helpline number 1912 for its consumers. Sixteen districts of the state fall in MKVVC region. Consumers residing in these districts could dial 1912 and lodge complaint related to electricity.
