HC gives anticipatory bail to Sadhu Yadav

The RJD MP had been on the run ever since a Special Vigilance Court on April 10 issued non-bailable warrant of arrest against him.

The Patna High Court on Monday granted anticipatory bail to Anirudh Prasad alias Sadhu Yadav, RJD MP and brother-in-law of Railway Minister Lalu Prasad in the multicrore flood relief scam.

The order was passed by Justice Chandramauli Kumar Prasad.
