Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy on Thursday said his cabinet would be expanded in four or five days.
Speaking to reporters after winning the trust vote in the Assembly, he said he would give priority for development of the state.
Deputy Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa said the Governor would address the joint session on February 20.
