R Chandra who is a graduate and post-graduate in Humanities, says that he has `invented’ a new science—the science of sound wave intelligence that can tell about a person’s or place’s past, present, future and can also produce desired alterations in a person’s personality or future..

He has been engaged in research in the field that did not exist before he started having brainwaves about. “I sometime during my youth started understanding that just by some inexplicable means I could tell a person’s personality or his future and started taking it seriously when people told me that my analysis and predictions were coming true. I used to get bewildered as to what is all this?

Then I tried to find out, and realized that I could catch sound waves that a body or thing sends out. And these sound waves actually tell things about them.

And one can make changes in the person or place’s sound waves to bring about some desired positive change,” says R Chandra who has been doing research in the area for past sixteen years and has opened the Sound Wave Intelligence Centre at his home in Indira Nagar.

“I first learned the sound waves, how they behave and how to read it to tell precisely things. And then I researched to understand how it could be altered to improve things—like a person’s health, relationship, professional, personal, litigation related, property disputes etc. And sound wave technology can even be applied to crack crime cases,” said R Chandra. When one visits his institute, it does not look like a science institute at all. There are no gadgets or sound or acoustics related devices. But he insists that it’s science as it can be proven and one can learn it too. He already has started educating some people in it.
And he has a clientele who come to him for prediction, personality analysis and solving personal problems, checking compatibility between prospective couples or bringing compatibility in incompatible relationships or marriages.

It’s on record that many of his predictions and suggestions worked. He had alerted Jag Jivan Ram, then deputy prime minister, to withdraw from the politics lest he might spoil his life; had warned Amitabh Bachchan through sound waves not to continue in politics and continue in film industry and there are several eminent people including Frank Wisner, former US Ambassador to India.

R Chandra makes devices for those who need special remedial measures for some problems in their lives. These devices look less like devices and look more of some modern art work. They have some kind of painted background, threads and wires running in strange fashion on the board and foils of metals and other things. And these devices cost a bit. “The devices are custom made for each person according to the alteration his sound wave pattern requires.”
