Hearing deferred in Ayodhya demolition case

The hearing was deferred till Feb 14 as CBI counsel PK Chaubey could not attend the proceedings due to illness.

The hearing on the Ayodhya demolition cases against LK Advani, MM Joshi, Uma Bharti, Ashok Singhal and four others was deferred till February 4 by a special court on Friday.

The matter was postponed till February 4 by district judge VK Singh as CBI counsel PK Chaubey could not attend the proceedings due to illness.

Sadhvi Ritambhara, former state BJP president Vinay Katiyar, VHP leaders Giriraj Kishore and Vishnu Hari Dalmiya were also accused in the matter.
