Himachal celebrates 43rd statehood day

Himachal Pradesh today celebrated its 43rd statehood day with chief minister Virbhadra Singh in Sunni, Shimla. The CM here announced that students upto class XII can now avail free travel in state government buses across the state and social security pension was increased from Rs 450 to Rs 500. He also announced that pregnant women who were getting free travel to hospitals would now be provided free travel upto their homes.
