Around 200 members of the Hindu Munnani on Wednesday held a demonstration in Chennai criticising the Pope's comments against the anti-conversion law existing in a few states in the country.
The group led by BJP All India Vice President L Ganesan and Hindu Munnani Founder Organiser Rama Gopalan contended that the Pope's opinion that "religious freedom in the country was in jeopardy," was "utterly baseless and unjustified."
