An over ground worker of Hizbul Mujahideen was arrested in the Budhal area of Rajouri district in Jammu, say sources.

An over ground worker of Hizbul Mujahideen was arrested in the Budhal area of Rajouri district in Jammu, sources said on Saturday.

Security personnel arrested Ahmed Din from his house in Draj village in Jammu on Thursday evening, they said, adding his arrest was followed by inputs from Farid, another member of the outfit who surrendered a couple of days back.

Farid had surrendered along with arms and ammunition before the authorities at Chaklas in Mahore area of Reasi district on November 15, they said.

Din has been accused of providing shelter to militants and working as courier for them, they added.
