Honour killing: Two accused sent to judicial custody
Police on Tuesday produced the double-murder accused Narender Barak and his brother Ravinder Barak, residents of Garnawati village, held in infamous honour killing case on September 19.
Police on Tuesday produced the double-murder accused Narender Barak and his brother Ravinder Barak, residents of Garnawati village, held in infamous honour killing case on September 19.

The court sent them to 14-day judicial custody. Notably, Dharmender Barak and Nidhi Barak were allegedly murdered by Nidhi's father Narender with the help of other family members on September 18. Police had booked six accused identified as Narender, Rita, Ravinder, Sunny, Mahesh Chippi and Rajesh on murder charges. Police had recovered sharp-edged weapons allegedly used to commit the crime.
All six accused have been arrested, while Rita was sent to judicial custody of two weeks earlier and while Narender and Ravinder were sent to judicial custody on Tuesday. Sunny, Mahesh and Rajesh are still in the police custody.
