How to get a vehicle registered
Here's all you need to know to get your vehicle (2-4 wheeler) registered!
Here's how you can get your vehicle registered:
Step 1. Carry along: A pen, two passport sized photographs, proof of date of birth such as passport, matriculation or 10+2 certificate, address proof such as passport, telephone bill, ration card, election ID card.

Also carry along Form no. 21 (Sales Certificate) and 22 (Temporary registration number of vehicle), copy of the insurance certificate and Sales Invoice that is furnished to you by the auto dealer from where you buy the vehicle.
Step 2. Visit the E-Disha Center (Single Window Service Counter) at the first floor of Mini Secretariat building (next to District Court) which is located near Rajiv Chowk Roundabout just off the Gurgaon Expressway on the right hand side if one is coming from Delhi to Jaipur side.
Step 3. Fetch form no. 20 from one of the counters at E-Disha. Fill the same form and paste your photos. Attach the all the documents including the forms and address and date of birth proofs at the registration clerk who would issue a counter slip to reclaim the registration certificate within seven days.
