METHOD Take a blender and half fill it with crushed ice Pour tequila, Cointreau followed by honey in Now add the season’s best mangoes into the mix. You can save a few for garnish Top it all with a lime juice added in a slow steady stream for the flavour to coat all other ingredients Blend together with ice in a blender Pour into a Margarita glass, garnish with the chopped mango and a slice of aam papad as a tangy twist to the garnish
