Dine out, order in or cook a fancy meal on weekends?

I usually order in over the weekend. Soam (in Chowpatty) and Swati Snacks (Tardeo) are my go-to places.

Can cook a five-course meal/make a sandwich/boil water/don’t know how the gas works?

At best, I can boil water. I’m pretty kitchen-handicapped.

Work out over the weekend like it’s just another day, go easy, or exercise… what’s that?

Since I work out at least thrice a week, I go easy over the weekend.

A roadside snack that makes your day?

I’m a hardcore bhel puri fan.

Books, music or movies?

It has to be music. My iPhone is on shuffle and there are over a thousand tracks on it. I usually listen to rock and blues, but on a Sunday morning, it could be Hindustani classical music or even flamenco. I also catch up on magazines, articles and op-eds.

A movie or book you have been meaning to catch up on?

I’ve been meaning to watch Mad Max: Fury Road.

A TV show you binge-watch?

I binge on Game of Thrones and House Of Cards.

One thing that can make your weekend?

Spending time with my wife (Pooja Shetty Deora), and my pet, Muddy.

One thing that can break it?

When I have some political events on a Sunday morning, it disrupts the weekend. But that comes with the job I do.
