ICICI Bank Q3 net up 23.64%

ICICI Bank posted a 23.64 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 640.08 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005.

ICICI Bank Ltd on Friday posted a 23.64 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 640.08 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 as compared to Rs 517.68 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2004.

The total income grew 45.69 per cent to Rs 4762.78 crore for the third quarter this fiscal from Rs 3269.09 crore during the corresponding quarter last fiscal, the bank informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
