Actors and models are seldom short of attention from the opposite sex. The latest is model and actor Muzammil Ibrahim. The Kashmir-born model and the hero of Pooja Bhatt’s Dhokha has been receiving love letters from two girls in his neighbourhood.

“I don’t know who they are. They appear to be college students, but I’m not sure. They look at me from their window and just scream when I pass by. It’s funny, but they pin letters in the wiper of my car. I mean, I can’t do much..I feel embarrassed at times,” says Ibrahim. Interestingly, he has never bothered to read the contents of the letter.

“I don’t have the time. Also, it is of no interest to me. In Kashmir, girls were very conservative but in Mumbai, they have no inhibitions and are more expressive about their feelings”.

So, how does his girlfriend react to the female attention? “Oh, she’s cool with it,” he smiles.

Meanwhile, on the work-front, Ibrahim is preparing to make his debut as an actor in Dhokha. Director Pooja Bhatt is still looking for an actress to cast opposite Ibrahim. “We’re just finalising the heroine.

Come what may, the film will go on the floors next month.”
