India-England teams leave for Mumbai

Some of the Indian players including skipper Dravid and Anil Kumble had left the city last evening to catch a flight to Bangalore from Delhi.

The India and England cricket teams, which played their second Test at Mohali, left for Mumbai, the venue for series' third and final Test.

The teams left their hotels at 1430 hrs to board the Indian's (Airline) Chandigarh-Delhi-Mumbai flight which took off at 1540 hrs.

Some of the Indian players including captain Rahul Dravid and Anil Kumble had left the city last evening to catch a flight to Bangalore from Delhi.

Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag had also left on Tuesday.

Others who had stayed back preferred to confine themselves to their hotel rooms as heavy rains here brought down the mercury considerably.

Earlier on Tuesday, off spinner Harbhajan Singh took some time off to attend a function in a private school here and celebrated Holi with the school children.

India beat England by nine wickets in the second Test to take a 1-0 lead. The third Test will begin on Saturday.
